Hey guys
Just thought that I would update you on all the stuff I am getting up to over the C(hristmas period.
After an awesome November with a very successful gig at the Days Inn Haverhill, I have now got many a gig in December, the first of which is David Doughty’s video launch on the 1st, not only am I singing at this I am also one of the editors. Then that weekend (3rd & 4th December) I am singing on the Saturday at ‘Plants the Grow’ Christmas Fayre (Great Yeldham) so please come along and get some Christmas stuff and have a listen! Also I am going to be singing with the SID LAWRENCE ORCHESTRA at Sturmer Hall in the evening, how amazing is that! I am also at ‘Plants That Grow’ on the sunday.
Then we skip to Christmas Eve, where I have three gigs. I am first singing out side Tesco’s collecting for Round Table. I am then off to Sturmer Hall to sing some Christmas songs and then at Withersfeild White Horse in the evening.
….and while all this is going on I am waiting to hear about a very special audition….watch this space!
Thank you for reading and I look forward to seeing you all over the festive period!

Hey
I recently went to go see les mis in the Queens theatre and it was amazing. I had seen the DVD countless times and i thought nothing could beat it really and then i saw it live. Just WOW i loved every second and can see why it has been running for 25 years. it also made me think on how much i would love to play eponine who is such a powerful and sad character.
Samantha Barks played Eponine when i went to see it. I saw her in I’d do anything in which she came third and since then she has been living my life. She has met Idina Menzel (my idol) and she is also in the west en now and is going to be in a Disney film. I thought she was amazing “a little fall of rain” and “on my own” both made me cry she sung them with so much passion and emotion that the audience felt what she was feeling. I think i have found my self yet another role model and i can see now even more why these are the people i look up to.
Speaking of Tv shows getting people on the stage both Gareth Gates from pop Idol and Lucy from Xfactor were in it to playing Marius and Couzzet. They were also amazing. to be honest i diddnt think they would have it in them to be that good but they were well cast and just genraly awesome.
Overall i could bore everyone and go into a lot more detail about it but i won’t in fear of boring every one or running out of word. What i will say though is that it is well worth going i recomend everybody going to see it. It is extreamly moving and should just been seen by everyone. If it wasnt good then why has it been running for 25 years? so as i said go see it it is amazing

Okay so this is a bit of a random thing for me to talk about but i feel the need to.
Lady Gaga the focus of alot of people i diddnt think she was that great until now. I watched her set at radio ones big weekend and it was amazing her performance was increadable. I thought she was only where she was because of her out there style but she can really sing.
I loved her jazz bit in the middle.
I just hope one day i can perform as well as that on a stage to a huge crowed!!!!!! i never thought i would say it but Lady Gaga you rocked it!!! xxx

Hi I’m Jade,
I thought I’d have a go and doing my own blog/website to let all you guys know what’s going on with me and my life in music. Had loads of singing work lately which is brilliant, I performed in my home town of Haverhill on Good Friday, the Royal Wedding Day and the Saturday after, then I did a private Christening the day after that. All the guys there were so nice and said that I should continue to strive for what I want; a career singing.
I’m also with a band called Keep ‘em Keen which is a sort of pop punk band. The other members are Richard Wallis, Mike Cockayne, Luke Mansell-Ward and Ben Brennan. We are taking a month off at the moment to write a load of new songs so watch out – should be good!
I’m in the middle of my GCSE’s at the moment so have LOADs of revision to do. I can’t wait to get them all done and out of the way now and move onto sixth form college where I am going to study performing arts, music (of course!) media, and English Literature.
I’ve also got another session with BabyGirlMusic coming up the end of May. I can’t wait for this as I’ve already written another song called Daisy Chain which my mum reckons is the best one yet. When I go there they will produce it with me and then I can get it out there and listened to! Hope you will all like it!
